         • Grew AFA business from $20m to $450m with creative, strategic emphasis on product line plans and segmentation.

         • Created brand cohesion across diverse categories including Surf, Training, Sportswear, Technical Outerwear, and Golf.

         • Create seasonal mood boards, color stories, art and pattern inspiration, social content, and

            product marketing.

         • Global travel with design team; analyzing youth culture, seasonal trends, and end consumer’s needs.

         • Creation of athlete questionnaires, working with broad athlete base in solving problems,

            improving product performance.

         • Presentation and explanation of product stories to executive team, global sales force.

         • Worked closely with in-house screen printer.
